What gets a reply
Corrections. If a figure, a date or a claim on a page here is wrong, say which page and what the right answer is, and where it comes from. Corrections get made and the page records the date it was reviewed.
Right of reply. If you work for a platform written about here and think a page is unfair or out of date, send the specifics. Platform pages are built from public information and I would rather they were accurate than combative. What I will not do is take a page down because it is unflattering, or hand over editorial control of it.
Your own experience. First-hand accounts of what happened on a platform, particularly during a wind-down or an administration, are the most useful thing anyone sends me. Say whether you are happy to be quoted.
What does not
Guest posts, link insertions and "content collaboration". No. Not paid, not free, not "just a quick edit to an existing article".
Anything to do with a lending platform paying for coverage. There is no version of this where a platform pays this site. That is set out on how this site makes money, and it is not a negotiating position.
Requests for advice about your own money. I am not qualified to give it and would be doing you harm by trying. A regulated adviser is the right answer, and the FCA register will tell you whether someone is one.
